HOW TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
You may reschedule an appointment in either of the following ways:
This is the Preferred Method to Reschedule an Appointment. Click on the Change/Cancel button that appears at the bottom of the appointment confirmation email that was sent to you when you made the appointment. A new window will open in your web browser. In this new browser window, click on the Reschedule button and pick a new date and time for your appointment.
Click here to send an email to the Scheduler, and in that email ask the Scheduler to call you to reschedule your appointment. Please be sure to include the following information in your email: (a) your name, (b) your phone number, and (c) a request to reschedule your existing appointment. Please be patient; it may take up to 48 hours for us to call you. And note that we often call using Google Voice, so your caller ID may not indicate that Danbury-VITA is calling.
